Inquiries about orders and order placements can be made through phone or email. Phone inquiries will be answered during business hours, and emails will be responded to promptly.
For New Customers: A minimum initial order of $600 is required. Dispatch will occur once we have received full payment.

Pricing Policy: All prices quoted are wholesale, in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include GST. A 10% GST is applicable and will be added to the Australian orders at the final invoice. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Return Policy: In case of faulty goods, please notify us within 7 days via phone or email to arrange for a replacement or credit note. All returns must be in their original packaging.
